Biography

Graduate of University of Benin, called to the bar in 1995 and has remained in active legal practice since then.

He has worked as legal counsel in the law firm of Pius Egemole & Co. Warri, Legal Counsel, Fred Orbih & Co, Benin City, Practice Manager, Olofu Chambers, Abuja, Associate, Metrolina Law Firm Abuja. Resident Counsel: Dr. S.S. Ameh (SAN) & Co. Abuja and Principal, Ehi Uwaifoh & Co, Founder and Managing Partner Capital Law Partners. He has attended several Local and international courses in, criminal and civil litigation, Banking and financial law, arbitration, investment arbitration, oil and gas law and several others.

He holds an LL.M in Oil and Gas Law from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Post Graduate Certificate in Mechanics of Project Finance from Middlesex University, presently a Ph.D. student in Energy Security at the University of America. In addition to his law degree, Barr. Okoh holds an MBA from Charles Darwin University in Darwin, Australia, which he completed in 2018. Dr. Obiagwu was called to the Bar in 1990. He holds a B.Sc. in Political Science from the University of Ibadan, LL.B from the University of Benin, LL.M from the University of Lagos, M.Sc Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos, Ph.D Accountable Corporate Governance. Dr. Obiagwu has extensive experience in Corporate Governance, Employment and Industrial Relations, Privatization, and Concessioning. He previously worked with Bureau for Public Enterprises where he retired as a director. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.

Emma Ibediro was called in 1990. He was founder and Principal of Emma Ibediro from 1993. Before he took off time to serve as Local Government Chairman, Commissioner in Imo State government and later National Organizing Secretary of the All Progressive Congress.

He thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School Kano Campus from 2017-2018 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2018 and was an active member of the Baguada Law Clinic, Kano Campus.
